ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Alex! Your favorite vegan trainer.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, if it is not fun then it is going to be hard to stick with it. 

I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of fitness modalities (kickboxing, yoga, barre and more) and always love adapting my program and classes to new clients and their preferences.

I bring a fun dynamic energy to all my workouts.
